Privacy
Site Clarity Lab is responsible for handling the information described in this notice. It covers the public site, free mini-audit requests, paid detailed audits, business correspondence, and no-contact records.
Information we receive
When you email us or buy an audit, we may receive your name, email address, business name, public website URL, service area, payment/order status, and anything else you choose to include. Stripe processes payment and billing information; Site Clarity Lab does not ask for or store full card numbers.
For an audit, we may capture screenshots and notes from publicly accessible pages of the website you ask us to review. We do not need passwords, CMS access, private analytics, hosting credentials, customer lists, or other private-account access.
How information is used
- To assess an audit request and review the requested public website.
- To create, quality-check, deliver, and support the requested audit.
- To reconcile payment, refund, dispute, delivery, and bookkeeping records.
- To classify inbound messages, maintain fulfillment queues, and prevent missed requests.
- To record and honor unsubscribe, no-follow-up, wrong-person, bounce, and complaint signals.
Automation and AI-assisted tools
Site Clarity Lab may use software automation and AI-assisted tools to organize public-page evidence, identify possible clarity issues, and prepare drafts. Every paid audit must be manually reviewed, matched to the correct customer and website, and quality-checked before delivery. Automated output is not treated as proof of a problem, and the service does not provide HVAC technical, legal, safety, code-compliance, or guaranteed marketing advice.
Business contact and suppression records
Site Clarity Lab may hold publicly available business contact information and correspondence from limited business outreach. Opt-outs, negative replies, wrong-person responses, bounces, and complaints may be retained in a suppression record so the contact is not approached again. Suppression records are used only to honor no-contact and safety requirements, not to market to you.
Storage, access, and retention
Operational records may be stored in the Site Clarity Lab Google Workspace mailbox and in access-restricted local databases, audit folders, and reports. Local mailbox records retain only a short preview for classification review; the full message remains in the mailbox. Access is limited to the operator and approved automation used to provide and safeguard the service.
Audit working files and routine correspondence should be deleted or minimized when no longer reasonably needed to fulfill or support the request. Payment, refund, dispute, and bookkeeping records may be retained for the period required for legitimate business, tax, or legal obligations. Suppression records may be retained as long as needed to honor a no-contact request. A formal backup and retention schedule is still being finalized; until then, unnecessary collection is avoided.
Analytics and advertising
This public site does not currently use visitor analytics or advertising trackers. If measurement tools are added later, this notice will be updated before those tools are used.
Sharing and sale
Site Clarity Lab does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the service, such as Google Workspace, Stripe, website hosting, and approved AI/automation infrastructure. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to address fraud, disputes, legal obligations, or security incidents.
Your choices
You may ask what information is held about your request or ask for correction or deletion by emailing hello@siteclaritylab.com. Some transaction, legal, security, and suppression records may need to be retained. To stop outreach or follow-up, say “stop,” “unsubscribe,” or “do not contact”; no special format is required.
