Privacy
Site Clarity Lab is a small website-audit project. This page explains the privacy posture for the public site, free mini-audit requests, and paid detailed audit orders.
Information you send us
If you email us to request a mini-audit, we may receive your name, email address, business name, website URL, service area, and any details you choose to include.
How we use it
- To decide whether the request fits the current free mini-audit pilot.
- To review the public website you asked us to review.
- To reply with audit notes, questions, payment/order status, or delivery updates.
- To keep limited internal records of audit status, suppression/opt-out requests, and follow-up history.
Retention and deletion
We keep only what is reasonably needed to operate the audit request workflow, mailbox safety, suppression/opt-out handling, and basic records. You can request deletion of information you sent us by emailing hello@siteclaritylab.com. We may retain minimal suppression records to avoid contacting you again.
Analytics
The site may use basic analytics after public launch to understand aggregate traffic. Do not send sensitive personal information, passwords, server credentials, customer lists, payment details, or private account access through email.
Payment processing
Paid audit checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe may collect payment details, billing details, and fraud-prevention information under its own terms and privacy policy. Do not send card numbers, bank details, passwords, or private account credentials by email.
Sharing
We do not sell contact information. We may use standard service providers such as Google Workspace, Firebase Hosting, Stripe, and local automation tools to operate the website, mailbox, payment workflow, and audit workflow.
Contact and opt-out
Email hello@siteclaritylab.com for privacy questions, deletion requests, or opt-out requests.
